Essentially, the site is intended as a useful resource but accuracy is dependent upon user submissions so we can’t be held accountable if things aren’t exactly as advertised. You own all the content you put here (photos, videos, etc.) but you give us one of those “worldwide irrevocable nonexclusive” licences to use whatever you put here to help other people, whether that’s on this site, or on other sites that use our API.

The API is free to use during the beta, but we do reserve the right to introduce a paid-for service should we begin getting people using it that need guaranteed uptime, responsiveness, support and so on.
